The unique Nathan Synergy Bladder carries water and electrolyte/energy drink in separate chambers, and the Potency Dial allows you to choose all water, all electrolyte drink, or a combination of the two.
Electrolyte chamber has a roll-top closure that allows full access for easy cleaning and mixing. Water chamber has filter-compatible screw-top. Total capacity is 100 fluid ounces. Each chamber can hold a maximum of 80 fluid ounces.
High flow bite valve has on/off settings so it won’t leak when it’s off, and is easy to hydrate from when it’s on.
